It's suitable place for sightseeing and exploring Munich. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge in a kitchen-living room.

We loved our 1 night stay. This hotel was just a decent place for short visits. We had the single room it was modern. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from marienplatz.
The bed was very hard.
